In all 5 pieces, both hands play and stay in either Middle C Position or C Major 5 Finger Position. "Pedal Magic" and "the Bell Song" were written for that "eager" right foot and gives teacher and student the opportunity to discuss how and when to use the damper pedal.
1. Monkeys! Beginner Level With Lyrics 1 Page
A fun and very easy piece in Middle C position. Written for younger students in
their first few months of lessons.
2. My Dog Beginner Level With Lyrics 2 Pages
Fairly quick, very easy piece in Middle C position. Written for younger students in
their first few months of lessons.
3. The Bell Song Beginner/Level 1 With Lyrics 1 Page
Fairly quick 3/4 piece in Middle C position, mostly using dotted half notes (minims)
and the damper pedal to imitate the sound of bells.
4. Pedal Magic Beginner/Level 1 With Lyrics 1 Page
Flowing 3/4 piece in Middle C position, giving beginning students the opportunity to use the damper pedal.
5. Let's Go To The Show Level 1 With Lyrics 2 Pages
Flowing, happy piece in 3/4 time describing all the fun things to do at the show. This piece is in C Major five finger position.
